Open roles

What you'll do

  • Map call flows with the customer and turn their existing SOPs into executable conversation design
  • Integrate their PBX, CRM, and internal systems, including data exchange and transfer logic
  • Tune prompts and knowledge bases against the edge cases that only show up in real calls
  • Run the pilot: read transcripts, track metrics, and raise performance round by round
  • Bring what you learn on site back into the product as platform features, not one-off patches

What we need

  • Three or more years of backend or full stack work, writing maintainable Python or TypeScript
  • Comfortable with API integration and webhooks, able to read third-party docs and wire systems up yourself
  • Able to sit across from a customer's technical lead and explain constraints in language they follow
  • You find a path through problems nobody has solved here before instead of waiting for a spec
  • Working proficiency in both Mandarin and English
  • Treat AI as your primary tool: read customer system docs, generate integration code and tests with it, and verify the output yourself

What you'll do

  • Own information architecture and interaction design for the platform, from flows to high fidelity
  • Design the conversation flow editor so non-engineers can adjust an agent themselves
  • Maintain and extend the design system so what ships matches what was designed
  • Watch real customers use the product alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers and fix the friction
  • Hold the visual bar for the website and outbound material

What we need

  • Three or more years designing B2B SaaS or tooling, with a portfolio
  • Fluent in Figma and able to hand off components and specs an engineer can build from
  • You define the problem rather than drawing the request
  • Clear opinions about type, spacing, and motion, and the reasoning behind them
  • Expand your output with AI: generate options and assets at volume, prompt your way to copy, then edit down to the final cut

What you'll do

  • Find the patterns in call data and field feedback that are worth turning into platform features
  • Define requirements and acceptance criteria, and ship them with engineering and design
  • Set priorities and explain the trade-offs, so the team knows why some things aren't being built
  • Define and track product metrics, and use them to judge whether a feature worked
  • Keep product documentation and customer-facing feature notes current

What we need

  • Three or more years as a PM on B2B or developer tooling
  • You pull your own data, with SQL or an analytics tool you know well
  • Technical enough to argue implementation trade-offs with engineers
  • You write clearly, in English or Mandarin
  • Use AI for research, data analysis, and drafting, so your time goes to judgement and trade-offs

What you'll do

  • Source and run mid-market and enterprise accounts from first contact to signature
  • Run discovery and judge which customers are a fit and which are not a fit yet
  • Own the commercial track from POC to rollout, working alongside the engineering team
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and renewal terms
  • Bring what you hear in the market, including competitor intel, back to the team

What we need

  • Three or more years selling B2B software or enterprise services
  • A track record of closing full enterprise procurement cycles
  • You can articulate the value of a technical product, not just quote it
  • Native-level Mandarin, with English strong enough for international accounts
  • Use AI for account research, proposals, and follow-ups, keeping both touch volume and quality high

What you'll do

  • Write and submit government grant and subsidy applications, and track milestones, reimbursement, and closing documents
  • Run company admin and finance process: quotes, contracts, invoicing, and expenses
  • Keep internal documentation current and turn repeated work into SOPs someone else can pick up
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and external events, and handle office purchasing
  • Support onboarding and team events, and keep the office somewhere people want to be

What we need

  • Two or more years in administration, operations, or project support
  • Strong documentation skills, able to produce structured writing that is ready to submit
  • AI as a daily tool: use it to digest regulations and application guidelines, draft proposals, and cross-check forms and figures, then verify the result yourself
  • Comfortable running several deadlines at once without dropping any
  • Inclined to turn anything you do repeatedly into a process or an automation
