pstudio Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
1. About These Terms
pstudio is an AI video studio operated by Pathors Technology Co., Ltd. ("Pathors", "we"). It is available as a web app at https://pstudio.pathors.com and as a remote MCP server at https://pstudio.pathors.com/mcp that AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude can connect to. By signing in to or using pstudio, through either entry point, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
These terms apply to pstudio. Our general Terms of Service cover our other services.
2. Accounts and Workspaces
- You sign in with a Google account or your organization's single sign-on. Password sign-in exists only for accounts we create for app review and testing.
- Keep your sign-in account secure. Anything done through your account, including by an AI assistant you have connected, is treated as done by you.
- If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You can create one personal workspace. Team workspaces are set up by Pathors on request, and you can be invited to other workspaces. Content you create in a workspace belongs to that workspace and stays available to its members.
3. Connecting AI Assistants
- When you connect an AI assistant to pstudio, you authorize it to read and change your workspace content and to start jobs that spend credits, on your behalf.
- pstudio receives only the tool calls the assistant sends, not your conversation with it. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's terms.
- You can disconnect the assistant at any time in its settings.
4. Credits
- Generating images, video, voice, sound effects and music, and transcribing audio, spends the workspace's credits at the actual cost of the third-party model call. One credit corresponds to about one US dollar of model cost. The estimated cost is reserved before a job starts, settled to the actual cost when it finishes, and returned if the job fails or is cancelled.
- A personal workspace receives free credits when it is created, currently 10 credits. We may change the free amount and how credits are priced at any time; credits already spent are not affected.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, transferred or resold.
- pstudio does not process payments. When credits run out, paid jobs are refused; contact us if you need more.
5. Your Content
- As between you and Pathors, you own the content you provide (media you upload, scripts and prompts you write) and the output generated for you. We claim no ownership of either.
- Your rights in generated output are also subject to the terms of the third-party model providers that produced it (see the pstudio Privacy Policy for the list). You must follow those terms and usage policies when you use the output.
- You let us store, process, convert and transmit your content as needed to run pstudio, including sending it to the model providers that perform the jobs you request.
- You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including the consent of any real person whose face or voice appears in it.
6. Acceptable Use
When using pstudio, you must not create, upload or distribute:
- Illegal content, or content that facilitates illegal activity
- Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors
- Content that impersonates a real person, or deepfakes, sexual imagery or synthetic voices of real people, without their consent
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, likeness, privacy or other rights of others
- Harassment, hate, threats, fraud or other deceptive content
You also must not:
- Bypass credit or usage limits, or create accounts in bulk to collect free credits
- Disrupt the service, or access or scrape it without authorization
- Use pstudio in breach of the usage policies of the model providers it uses
7. AI-Generated Output
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, and may resemble existing works or real people.
- Review output before you publish or use it commercially, and make sure it does not infringe anyone's rights or mislead your audience.
- The models available, their quality and their prices depend on third-party providers and may change or become unavailable.
8. Review and Suspension
To keep pstudio safe and lawful, Pathors reserves the right to:
- Review content and usage to detect violations of these terms
- Remove content, stop jobs, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate them
- Suspend service immediately without prior notice in serious cases, such as fraud or content involving the abuse of minors
- Provide necessary information to and cooperate with authorities when the law requires
9. Service Changes and Termination
pstudio is under active development. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, including features, available models and the interface, and we may suspend it for maintenance, third-party provider issues or legal requirements.
10. Disclaimer
pstudio is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that its output will be accurate or meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event. Free credits do not count. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
12. Data and Privacy
We handle your data as described in the pstudio Privacy Policy. To delete your data, see our Data Deletion Instructions.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date, and we will notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use pstudio after a change takes effect means you accept it.
14. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for any dispute. Questions about these terms: contact@pathors.com.
