데이터 삭제 안내
Last updated: August 24, 2026
This page explains how to ask Pathors Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") to delete data related to Pathors services, including data obtained through Facebook or Instagram authorization. You can use any of the three methods below, alone or together.
Method 1: Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram
Once you remove the authorization, the access token we hold becomes invalid immediately and we can no longer access your Facebook Page or Instagram account.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find this app → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions (or Apps and websites) → find this app → Remove.
This stops all further access, but does not automatically delete conversation history already stored in the service. To delete that as well, use method 2 or 3.
Method 2: Delete the inbox inside the service
Sign in to Pathors Inbox, go to Settings → Inboxes, select the Facebook or Instagram inbox you want to remove and delete it. This deletes the stored access token, contact associations and conversation history for that inbox, and unsubscribes the account from Meta message webhooks.
Method 3: Request deletion of all data by email
From the email address you registered with, write to contact@pathors.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:
- Your account email or organization name.
- The scope of deletion: the entire account, or specific Facebook Pages / Instagram accounts.
We verify the request, complete deletion or de-identification within thirty days, and confirm by email once done. Data we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records) is kept for the mandated period and then deleted.
Requests from end customers
If you are a consumer who contacted a business that uses our service, that business holds your data as the data controller. Please send your deletion request to that business directly; we act on their instructions. If you are unsure whom to contact, write to contact@pathors.com and we will help route your request.
