Welcome to Pathors services. Pathors is operated by Pathors Technology Co., Ltd. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:

  • Keep your personal information up to date
  • Ensure appropriate access permissions for third-party applications

3. Third-Party Login

We offer the option to log in using your Google account:

  • You must comply with Google's terms of service
  • You authorize us to obtain necessary information provided by Google
  • You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time

4. Google Workspace API Compliance

Our commitment regarding Google Workspace API usage:

  • We strictly comply with Google API Terms of Service and usage policies
  • We do not use your Google Workspace data for any unauthorized purposes
  • We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train AI/ML models
  • We only use the minimum necessary scopes required to provide service functionality

5. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect the rights of other users
  • Not engage in any destructive or malicious behavior
  • Not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized activities

6. Prohibited Use of AI Outbound Calling Services

When using Pathors AI outbound calling services, you must not:

  • Use AI outbound calls for fraud, impersonation, or other deceptive practices
  • Conduct unauthorized telemarketing or promotional activities
  • Falsify or manipulate Caller ID information (Caller ID Spoofing)
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass opt-out mechanisms
  • Call numbers that have opted out or been added to do-not-call lists
  • Use AI voice to imitate a specific individual's voice to mislead call recipients
  • Make harassing or threatening calls

7. Customer Compliance Obligations

By using Pathors AI outbound calling services, you warrant and represent that:

  • You have a legally obtained call list and have secured all necessary consent to contact the individuals on it
  • Your outbound calling purposes comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to personal data protection laws and telecommunications regulations
  • If calls are for marketing purposes, you have obtained prior consent from call recipients as required by law
  • You will ensure proper call recording notification during calls
  • You bear full responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of the call list data you provide

8. Platform Review and Suspension

To maintain service quality and regulatory compliance, Pathors reserves the right to:

  • Review call patterns and content to detect anomalies or policy violations
  • Suspend or terminate your account and service access upon discovering violations
  • Provide necessary information to and cooperate with regulatory authorities upon request
  • Immediately suspend service without prior notice in emergency situations (e.g., fraud, serious legal violations)

9. Built-in Compliance Controls

The Pathors platform includes the following built-in compliance controls. Customers are expected to cooperate with these mechanisms:

  • Opt-out mechanism: Call recipients may request to stop receiving calls at any time; the system will automatically add them to the blocklist
  • Blocklist management: The platform maintains global and customer-level do-not-call number lists
  • Call frequency limits: Prevents excessive calling to the same number
  • AI identity disclosure: The AI will identify itself as non-human at the beginning of each call
  • Recording notification: Call recipients will be informed before recording begins
  • Anomaly detection: The system automatically detects and flags unusual call patterns

10. Allocation of Responsibility

Regarding AI outbound calling services:

  • Customer responsibility: Customers bear full responsibility for the data sources of their call lists, call content configuration, and the legality of their outbound calling purposes
  • Platform responsibility: Pathors is responsible for providing the technical infrastructure, built-in compliance controls, and taking appropriate action upon discovering unlawful use
  • Violation response: If the platform discovers that a customer's use violates applicable laws or these terms, Pathors may immediately suspend service and cooperate with regulatory investigations

11. Call Recording and AI Identity Disclosure

  • Calls made through Pathors may be recorded for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and service improvement purposes
  • AI voice assistants will clearly identify themselves as AI at the beginning of each call and will not deliberately impersonate a human
  • Customers are obligated to ensure their call scripts do not instruct the AI to conceal its identity

12. Data Processing on Behalf of Customers

When customers entrust Pathors with processing personal data (such as phone numbers in call lists):

  • Pathors processes such data solely in accordance with customer instructions and the purposes specified in these terms
  • Pathors implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect entrusted data
  • Customers have the right to supervise Pathors's handling of their entrusted data as permitted by law
  • Upon termination of the processing relationship, Pathors will delete or return the relevant data as agreed

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All service content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, button icons, graphics, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Pathors or its content providers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

14. Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time. We may also restrict certain features and services or limit your access to parts or all of the services.

16. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms of service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and in some cases, we will notify you of significant changes.
